My interview process with Amerapex Brazil was an intense and highly strategic experience. From the very first contact, it was clear that the company was looking for someone with a broad business vision and the ability to structure operations efficiently. The conversations with the Houston team were very direct and required not only technical expertise in management and cost control but also a practical perspective on how to reorganize processes and teams. During the process, I presented a detailed restructuring plan for the Brazil base, demonstrating how to align local operations with the company’s standards and goals. This approach, combined with my experience in the oil and gas sector and in team leadership, was decisive for my hiring and marked the beginning of a new phase at Amerapex, leading a period of realignment and strengthening of the company’s Brazilian operations.
