This was 5+ years ago now... but did a 30-minute phone call with Dunham (owner), where he went through my application, spoke about my background and guiding/climbing experience. At the end of it, he said I got the job and if I could be there in 10 days - time to pack the car and get to Bellingham! (I had applied only a little while before the interview - it wasn't their fault for the short notice)
