Interview
If you’re chosen for an interview there will be 2 different ones. One will be with a recruiter over the phone who will ask you brief questions that will determine if you’re good enough for an interview with a hiring manager. It they think you’re good enough for a second interview you’ll do a zoom interview with a hiring manager.

Interview
Very basic interview they just gave hypothetical interview scenarios and how to resolve them. It was basically a fair scenario type interview and they asked about how to handle situations as well as handling certain callers whether they were rude or polite how to handle it very thoroughly.
