20 minute long phone interview and the next day I was offered the job. I didn't met my employers until I went into to file paper work and start my first day.

Question 1
What are your skills, what are your weaknesses? Do you understand the job duties? Very simple interview questions. They are pretty desperate for people, the job has a high turn over rate so they hire just about anyone that applies and can put two sentences together. I wouldn't stress too much over the interview for this role.
