Our goal in providing a video application through our applicant system is to allow candidates to tell us a little about their understanding of, and aspirations for the position, a group interview process and an individual interview. Our Community Assistant teams are most effective when there is a solid team dynamic comprised of diverse skill sets including CAs who are great with large groups, but also skilled in one-on-one communication and interaction.
