The process was remote. Very personable interviewer that really wanted to find the best fit. Took notes throughout but never seemed detached. Great experience. If I had to do it all over again, I would hope that she was my interviewer again.

Straight forward, interviewer was very easy to talk to. Very general questions, mostly making sure you are comfortable working in outdoor settings with tools and that you are able to camp for full projects.
