American Constructors interview questions

It was a simple and relaxed interview process. One interview with questions that are already posted on glassdoor. No technical questions at all, just about experience and motivation for interest.

The process was Very long and with several steps to the interview process. Starting from recruiter then Hr, then department team, then company officers. Most of the interviews were virtual via zoom or via phone calls. Overall some questions got repetitive and had to answer more than once.
