Interview
4 Steps Total: First is a phone call with a recruiter/HR rep, second is an interview with direct manager, third is a "panel" interview with most, if not all, of the full team, and fourth (if you make it this far) is an interview with the CEO. At first the interview process seems daunting, but you can really tell that everyone really cares about the company and what they do, and place a high value on adding great people to the team and having a great team/culture. While it was definitely intimidating, I'm happy I got to meet so many of my coworkers & team members before even saying yes to the job. It's definitely an investment of time spent prepping for and completing the interviews, but I think it was worth it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Through all 4 rounds, you will get asked all of the standard interview questions and a few outside of the box (but nothing crazy). Be prepared to provide actual examples, connect yourself as a person to the job and the company, and just have a conversation. Show that you can do the job yes, but what else can you bring besides that?

Interview
Waste of time. Did several interviews that spanned over the course of weeks and didn't even bother to write back. Didn't even bother responding to a follow-up e-mail either. Super rude and inconsiderate, considering how much time I spent interviewing, preparing work samples and compiling an entire report they requested.
