I was first contacted by the Talent Acquisition Lead. We chatted via video chat and they were very open and honest about the position, the process and what exactly they were looking for. I then moved on to a video chat with the CEO. She made it very clear that I was interviewing her as much as she was interviewing me. It made the conversation more relaxed and we really got to know each other. This was followed by an interview with the Leadership Coach who determined my working and communication style through an assessment I took. We spoke about my career and previous roles and determined this job was a good fit for me. I then had a working session in person at American Crane and afterwards was presented with my offer.
