The most unprofessional interview process I have ever come a cross. I received a Phone call from HR schedule coordinator asking for my availability. Schedule a face to face interview with Hiring Manager and HR person. Received a phone call from HR 20 mins before my interview saying she is on vacation and she saw my salary expectation and it is way over what the position is paying. She said I can withdraw or proceed with the interview but they will not even come close to my salary expectation even if they like me.
