The HR Supervisor
I was already an employee, and it was expected that I would get the position, but I still went through the process.
You should have experience using Excel and formulas in Excel. Experience using measuring equipment is a must. Experience in auditing is ideal, and knowledge of IATF/ISO standards is what they're seeking right now.

Interview
Went through a Temporary Agency, it's the only way to get into this company. If you passed all the Temp Agency needed then you are a shoe in. Once invited into the company you work for the Temp Agency for 75 days until being hired into the company. If you show up and do what is expected of you than you will be hired in!
