Nightmare! Was given the shortest phone screen of my life before being pushed to a similarly cursory video interview. I was then invited to a second interview (in person), emailed details of security and parking on campus, then emailed *the night before the interview* that they needed to cancel, as they had offered the position to another candidate. The position was then relisted *twice* in the weeks following. It is clear that the hiring managers at the Office of Innovation do not care for the time and effort of candidates. Recognize your worth and apply elsewhere.
