I was referred to the company and filled out an application online which is their protocol. I was contacted quickly to set up an interview. After a brief meet and greet I was taken to a private room do take a basic math test where a calculator was provided. After the test was graded I moved on to the interview which covered the basics. I was asked to give an example of a difficult customer experience I had and how I was able to handle the situation. Process appears to have gotten more thorough since I was hired. I see applicants having 2-3 interviews with multiple personal as a standard now. This is a much better process which they sadly had to learn the hard way after quite a few bad apples slipped through.
