You can submit a resume, I did, but you also fill out a regular old application. Once HR gets it, usually in a week, will give you a call, its kind of a interview-ish type call, but don't worry, from what I understand its super easy to get hired even if your on probation and/or ex-con (which is a good thing). Once you pass interview, you will be called within a week, and a second "interview" with your manager DURING whatever shift your applying for, this will be easy going type, I believe you may need steel toes for it though? You will also have a worker, usually the trainer, come give you a tour, and an idea of the job, BE CAREFUL THEY ARE A FACTOR TO YOU GETTING HIRED, seem friendly, talk, get to know the person/what its like/ how they like it/ etc ask questions, because the more you talk the more they will probably like you. All three people you meet ARE really interviewing you, but generally if you pass hr, and the manager, and the trainer is neutral or likes you, your set. If they don't, good chance you wont be hired.....
After that, if your offered a job, you must be drug tested, and it will be at a medical center, that also gives you a physical fitness/agility type test (running, pushing a cart, a hell of a lot of bp test, and eye test, a colorblind test, a grip test, and a few other weird ones). its weird seriously and stupid and there will also be a FULL physical with a doctor, IE Males you will have to drop your pants... So if your bypassing the "test" better come up with a better method than taping it to your leg... Drug Test will be in a bathroom, closed door, no pat down. "empty pockets only into lock-box" Plan accordingly. :-)
