I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Urological Association (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
On Teams with 2 from AUA. 2 diff agencies told me the same thing about AUA, "We have a long standing relationship and they have been a repeat client". They ask for a lot but pay is only average if that. Sound overly picky as 2 days after they interviewed myself and other candidates another recruiter called me about the same position. Said they got the job order yesterday. So they have excess turnover at least in some departments/positions. One recruiter I know had previously filled the same position I interviewed for.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Urological Association (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2024
Interview
The recruiter reached out; a week later, I interviewed via Zoom, and three days later, I was invited to the BWI Office about a week later. The office is a weird nowhere land, but it is pleasant; everyone was polite and professional. I left thinking I would probably get an offer.
