Had a phone interview scheduled. Didn't receive a call at the scheduled time. Reached out by phone and e-mail multiple times to reschedule with no response. Finally got in contact with a live person who said they will let the recruiter know I have been trying to reach them.

Recruiter did not call at the schedule time for the interview
Pretty straight forward and basic. Asked about my background. Recruiter was very thorough and easy going, made me relaxed. Hiring manager was relaxed as well and we got along very well from the get go.
