Did a lot of test online and then the hiring manager called and interviewed over the phone . Did an internet test along with a typing test. They make u do a call simulation test along with a personality test.

Interview
Applied online, got a call and did a quick phone interview, was invited for a face to face interview. Once I got there I was put at a computer to do a assessment that tested my typing, listening, math skills, ect. Did the face to face interview and was offered the job on the spot.

Phone interview then brought into office for face to face interview. Multiple tests to evaluate certain things. Recruiter was very nice and willing to simply have a conversation to get to know me.
