I interviewed for three different positions with Amico.
1. For the first one, I had an initial phone screen with HR followed by a video call with the Hiring Manager. I was initially invited for a second video interview, but that was canceled as hiring for the role was put “on hold”.
2. The HR person sent my resume to a Hiring Manager in another department; I did one interview but did not move forward to in-person interviews.
3. A different HR Manager reached out to me about a different position, and did a phone screen. I then had a video interview with the Hiring Manager. I was initially invited for an in-person interview, but then this was canceled as they decided to offer another candidate the position.
The questions were pretty standard; I just wish there was more organization on their side. Even withstanding the abrupt cancellations etc. my interactions were fairly positive.
