Was contacted by a recruiter. Company really misrepresented themselves and their expectations. Company was not able to provide accurate sales numbers. Over-all there were three interviews. One phone, Skype and a final in person.

Honestly one of the best interview processes I've gone through. Amoena made all my travel arraignments. Great flight, ground transportation and hotel. Interviewed with the recruiter first, second interview was a phone interview with HR. Third interview was with VP Of Sale (phone). Fourth interview was in person with HR, VP Of Sale and Sales support. Last interview was with the Director or HR in Germany via Skype. One month process beginning to end.

Spoke with all department heads: each asked about my background. Presented product questions and what I did in my previous jobs. Can I do the job? Does traveling bother you? Can you lift up to 50 lbs.
