The process was one screening call, 2 interviews (1 with a manager, the other as a cultural fit) and 1 mock sales call with another manager. The process took just over a week.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Andela in Oct 2022
Interview
Waited over 20 minutes for interviewer, they didn't show up. Messaged them and emailed to ask about the interview and no response. Highly unreliable and wouldn't recommend booking interviews with them. If they can't show up to their own interview, I would't trust them as a business.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andela in Oct 2020
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews including one interview at the end with a current SDR and AE (the next level up). All were conversational in nature but did include basic case study questions. Know examples of times you learnt from a mistake, worked in a team where someone else wasn't pulling their weight, etc.
Interviews are held over Zoom and every one was super friendly.
