It was an interview to check my level of English proficiency and UX/UI design base knowledge. I had a simple call from HR or English tutor and we`ve discussed 3 questions. But online UX/UI test was a little complicated. I had to turn micro and camera on and the test consisted of 90 questions: 30 for UX, 30 for UI and others for design principles, cases, situations during delivering a project with a team, some behavioral questions. Fortunately, it was a test with answer options, but time constraints.

Question 1
Your attitude to artificial intelligence, 3 unsual facts about yourself, why did you choose UX/UI, people, that inspire you.
The interviewer was nice and polite. She tries to create a calm and friendly atmosphere during the interview. The questions were clear and connected to the role. The whole atmosphere was good. The duration of interview was not too long.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen Lab (Łódź, Lódz) in May 2024
Interview
I applied to study at this company for beginners. The first stage: a test of 85 questions divided into 3 tests of 30, 30 and 25 questions. The questions were related to ux/ui, a lot of theory that a beginner is unlikely to know. After passing the test, more than 75% are called for an interview in English.
A minimum of B2 level is required to complete this interview.
