I applied online. I interviewed at Andersen Lab (Minsk) in Mar 2022
Interview
There were three interviews: HR screening, a "technical" interview with PM, and final talk with the delivery manager. While the first and last rounds were quite basic, the middle one was surprisingly deeply focused on the knowledge areas that are rather commonly discussed with QA, Devs, Analysts, then PM
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked many questions to test my knowledge of testing, business analysis, and software development. Apparently, they expect you to have that knowledge to talk confidently to the prospects coming to Andersen for the services at the pre-sale stage.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Andersen Lab in Jun 2024
Interview
It was the first, HR-screening, HR was very nice, and open to discussion. I felt comfortable talking about my experience and asking questions. We discussed my experience, discussed current position and what our next steps will be. All the questions made sense and aimed to learn more about my experience, not some generic situations.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Andersen Lab in Apr 2024
Interview
First level screening is a 15-minute language assessment checked by English tutor. Second is an HR screening. I didn't get further as they've had candidates who were already promoted to the last stages of the interview process.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Andersen Lab (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
It was okay. There were almost no sophisticated questions, the staff was friendly, there was a lot of theory, and it lasted around 1 hour. I definitely do not need some info asked but that's classics
