The interview was set up via email. I was called, 15-20 minutes late, to discuss the position. The hour-long conversation was unusual, with various attacks regarding my age (recent college grad), qualifications, resume writing, and freelance work. During the interview, my online videos were watched, published articles read, and I was forced to give proof of social media existing for a place I worked - the interviewer had not done his homework. The position itself was not really discussed, however the interviewer did make mention of "creatives" being unable to handle desk work and that I would be paid based on a part-time retail salary despite experience and education. I was offered a slot for an in-person interview, but was absolutely infuriated and left questioning the company by the end of the interview, and refused.
