the interview was taken on skype and that too the person didn't show his face just asked random non-related question. the question were very easy and they acted as if they were best in market.

Straigh forward process, no hassles no propoganda.
Simple process of interview, but more interesting was face to face, which was more like a discussion rather than question and answers.
When it was telephonic with other interviewers it was like uncomfortable, when talked with real boss whom I was reporting to it was quite understandable.
