Open question interview with open ended questions, in which the open ended questions could be answered in an open ended manner. Then I had to eat a live goldfish. Overall not an easy interview.

Interview
The interview process was extensive and demanding. I completed a detailed written assessment spanning approximately 10 pages. This was followed by a structured, formal interview that was equally rigorous and intense.
Smooth process, diversity within panel and questions were fair but challenging where needed. Range of questions to spark creativity and to really reflect on past achievements and future goals. Great experience all round.
