Interview
Although I was told I would be interviewing with the Executive Director, when I arrived for the interview it was a team interview with ED, Board Treasurer and a Senior Staff member. This was unfortunate, because preparation for a 1:1 interview is different than preparation for a team interview. There were questions that I wanted to ask the ED that would not have been appropriate in a team interview. Red flag.

How do you deal with assertive Board members/ clergy
Have you ever made a decision that you thought would get you fired
How do you feel about saying "no" to staff and Board
How do you stand your ground when being challenged by staff and Board
