I went to an interview with the Director and one manager. They asked me trick questions and then i was hired. The director was looking at his computer the whole time while the manager asked me all the questions

Very thorough process. AFI wants to ensure they hire high quality employees. There was a phone interview, online assessment, and in person interview with two members of management. The whole process took a couple of weeks.

not too hard...just say what they want you to....use them to get your insurance license and get the heck out of there as soon as possible-go work for a legitimate insurance company instead.
