A total of five virtual interviews. The first interview was a screening with someone from Human Resources. The last interview was with the direct manager.
Everyone was amiable, professional, and asked what specific talents/industry contacts/skills I'd bring to the company.

Red flags throughout the lengthy interview process. At least one interviewer was late to each call. Openly badmouthed junior staff and their skills as not being up to par. Stared into the distance or out the window while I was speaking, appearing completely disengaged and uninterested.

HR is quick with replies but there are lots of back and forth on who you're interviewing. They don't seem quite streamlined internally, and this caused a lot of confusion about what the role entails exactly.
