Phone call which laster around fifteen minutes then followed by a zoom call to discuss details of the job. The HR was easy to talk to and friendy so the interview was not stressful.
Two interviews (my first one was online due to my location but it can be in-person). They asked questions regarding the role and discussed my employment history. The interviews were very conversational.
This was a lengthy process, approximately six week's worth of interviewing with 4 different rounds. When I reached the last stage of the interview, the hiring manager made it sound as though they had to validate the opening and salary, which was disappointing. It was clear my salary expectations did not align, though I noted it in the first interview with HR. The job posting was removed without any communication.
