I applied to the vacancy of reliability engineer on the AMSA opportunities page, after applying I looked for people related to the position on linkedIn and I sent them a letter showing that I had applied to the position and my motivation for the position. A few weeks later I was called and interviewed by 3 managers and a lady from HR.
