Upon sending my CV and cover letter to the company, I was contacted a few days after for a video call interview with 2 of the senior Content Analysts. Very friendly, asked a few questions about my experience and what I know about retro games and design. I made it to the interview's second stage which was an assessment on creating a challenge for a game of my choice with rules and score thresholds along with a cover photo of a video game to edit using their guidelines then explain how I did it. A week after submitting I was informed I got the job.
