I interviewed with this company a couple different times for different roles. I initially was contacted eagerly by a recruiter without having applied for a position. In both cases I first spoke with the recruiter and then met with staff in the department via Teams. I received a sense that not everyone was on the same page. For instance, I was told that their bread-and-butter entailed small projects, but one of my interviewers suggested that large project experience was important. I was subsequently advised that the company elected to proceed with a different candidate but my candidacy remained of strong interest to them. This alone was a relatively positive experience, but unfortunately my later interviewing experiences indicated that the company was not sincere. I followed up with the company several times about future needs and eventually landed another interview with an additional individual about an alleged current need. This opportunity actually turned out to be reassigned internally. I maintained my interest in the company. However, despite their apparent earlier interest and posted opportunities in my area commensurate with my experience, the company neglected to exhibit further interest in my candidacy. I ultimately felt slighted from this overall experience.
