Test and then interview HR and then User. Process in 3 weeks . The test include accounting, auditting, and tax. Basic but you must studied first, there is psak. I dint join interview user but i think that interview also same with the test

Why are you interested in applying for this position
I applied by email, got invited to written test by call after 1 or 2 weeks.
The whole process took place in one day. There's written test, computer test, and HR interview.
Interviewed few hours after passed the test.
