I applied through a 3rd party recruiter and was called a few days later for a phone screening , took an assessment and shortly after was asked to come in for an interview which was very fun, I was invited for a second interview and was offered the position a few hours later.

Quick. The initial call was a phone screen, then followed with a brief video call. After that was an in person interview at the office. The entire process was less than a week before receiving an offer.
