Recruiter call - HM call - Tech interviews - on-site interview. The team is very transparent and easy to speak with. In the end, the role wasn't the right match.

Interview
First they do a phone non-technical interview by HR, to know more about the person and background. Then another call with the manager of the department who is doing the hiring. This call includes technical questions and background. Then another totally technical meeting that they test your skills (coding questions etc.) If everything is okay they send you their offer.
