Initially, the company scheduled what they called the “first round” of my interview for just 15 minutes. I figured that was okay. Then, they scheduled a second round—again for just 15 minutes—and this one wasn’t even technical. The interviewer only asked about my roles, responsibilities, and walked through my resume.
I was pretty surprised and started to question what was going on. It seemed like they weren’t taking the process seriously at all. Then, after a week of total silence, they suddenly told me the position was on hold.
Honestly, it feels like they completely wasted my time. No clarity, no transparency—just an unprofessional experience overall.
