Skills based assessment focused on editing a common application and providing suggestions. This was followed by two rounds of Skype interviews (both 1 on 1 and behavioral). On passing the interview stage a personality test had to be completed.

They gave me three interviews over Skype. The first one with HR, and the other two with management. Each interview took about 30-40 minutes. They let me know the result of each round within three days.
