Interview
I went through an extensive interview process that included multiple rounds with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The headhunters managing the process demonstrated real expertise. They were well-prepared, transparent, and supportive, ensuring that the entire experience felt structured and fair. Overall, it was one of the most well-run recruitment processes I’ve participated in: demanding but highly respectful, rigorous yet engaging, and ultimately a positive experience from start to finish.
