Interview with a branch manager who wasn't going to be my manager. Phone interview.I passed that part offered job by recruiter then spoke with my manager few minutes. Prior to interview had to take assessment online.

Manager was new to hiring, but did well. Manager was stern, and asked very straight forward, general/typical interview questions, They did, amusingly, go rogue and included a role play for the second half.
