Applicant interview questions

I have 4+ years of experience as a teller. I was called for an interview and when I went to the bank the hiring manager was absent. Nobody called me to reschedule or cancel. The next day I received an email that I was not longer a candidate for the position. I applied for other branches that are also hiring and was told the same thing without an interview. I guess that is how Citizens hiring process works.
