The interview process began with an HR screening call, followed by a technical round focused on React, JavaScript fundamentals, real-world scenarios, and discussion of previous projects. The final round involved a discussion with the team lead regarding technical experience and role expectations. After the final round, there was a discussion around early joining requirements, which I clarified along with my notice period. After multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, I received confirmation after about a week that I had been selected, but early joining was again requested. I asked for an offer letter to formally initiate discussions with my current employer, however, no offer letter or further communication was received despite multiple follow-ups.
