Aprio's interview process is extremely comforting. First, they had a pre-interview social the day before. I was able to get a good understanding of the firm's culture, which they live strongly by. I was able to meet my interviewer during this social which helped me become more comfortable and prepared for the interview the next day. When in the interview, I talked the majority of it. They set it up so that I could ask a lot of questions and really get a good understanding of the firm, what they look for, and what is to be expected. I really enjoyed this because it gave me a chance to stand out.
