10-15 other candidates including myself,attended presentation with slideshow about the company,after which we got simple tests:
IQ (which was easy like a children IQ test)
Colorblind test
Logic test
and a hand precision test: how many needles can we put in holes on a special board in a short amount of time (30 sec) first with right,then left,and finaly simultaneously with both hands.
When you pass it (and i think everyone passes it),you get trained for 2 days in their offices in the company and right after that your group gets trained at the machines and starts working regulary in a week.
