Had a screening phone call. Followed by an interview on zoom a week later. Interviewers were 6 mins late and wasn’t even given a “thanks for waiting”. Was told I would hear about the role in 1-2 weeks. Didn’t hear back so assumed I didn’t get the role. 9 weeks later I get an email saying I didn’t get the job. I just felt there was a lack of respect for candidates time.
