Free lunch where they feel you out and see your motivation and social skills. They explain the pay scale and then preseason training is once or twice a week. Follow up interviews are made with higher up managers.

Easy and quick. I really appreciated how quick and easy it was and overall I am really happy with the process of acquiring a job at aptive. 10/10 I recommend applying to aptive environmental.
3 rounds usually. They will tell you about the job and ask you basic questions that are softballs. They give a lot of time for you to ask questions so do it.
