I worked at AuguStar which was formerly Ohio National through a temp service. The temp service did a 15-20 minute Zoom meeting to get to know more about me and my background and skills and find out more about what I am looking for. It was easy. This was my first time working with them. My contract job lasted 8 months. I did have a Zoom interview for the contract position meeting with a Manager and Team Lead and it was fairly simple. Very easy interview questions.
