The hiring process was very professional. I sat before a panel of three people in the company who asked me questions on my job expierence and background. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and I didnt feel to nervous. I would say to be prepared though, because the interview process is a little long.

Interview
The technical screen was very tough. I was surprised by how much their recruiter knew about Java. My experience is on the back end and she quickly determined my front end skills were weak. However she still placed me in an appropriate job.
