I received both a text and email stating I was selected for a phone interview for a for a position I had applied to and to select from one of three dates and times. I selected one of the three dates and time and then received a confirmation email and text that my interview was scheduled and with whom I would be meeting with. The day of the interview I also received a reminder an hour before the scheduled phone call. I never received any phone call from the recruiter. I found the recruiters email online and contacted them after the scheduled interview time to check in and see if they wanted to reschedule and never heard back. I Probably dodged a bullet because if this is how the hiring process is, I imagine the culture and organization is fairly bad.
