Arcadia Publishing interview questions

Great interview process; they explained the job and made me feel at ease (video call due to Covid-19). Everyone was calm and casual, yet professional, which made me feel like the workplace would be a great one. It was a very straightforward interview with many opportunities for me to ask questions and have the floor.

I had applied to the position via www.bookjobs.com. About a week later, I received a phone call. Shortly thereafter, I had a phone interview with the Publishing Director. It lasted about an hour, but only because I asked a lot of questions.
