I saw them at the Career Fair at my university and they were looking for a metallurgical engineer. I got an email from them asking me to come for an interview on campus, it was a very general question, typical asking about my leadership experience and my experience working in a manufacturing environment.

All of the questions were pretty straight forward, the hard one I found to answer was why steel, I should've been prepared for that question I just said some things about my passion for steel and Materials Science but I think they saw right through that.

The interviews were a rotating process where each person asked a series of questions in the STAR format. Interviewers we personable and allowed the conversation to flow naturally. They were understanding and personable.

Interview
One on one, 30 minute process. Asked me 3 STAR prompts, talked about organizational skills, and allowed me to direct the interview to points I felt were important. Recruitment dude was young and knew all about the intern program. He was an engineer and not just an HR person.

Interview
I talked to one of the representatives during a college career fair last fall semester. I interviewed with them on campus the next day for a full time position. They were friendly and did not ask any challenging questions (nothing technical). They told me that I should hear back from them within two weeks, however I have not heard back from them.
